Winner of the SNY Kidcaster Contest, Jacob Resnick got to call an inning of the Mets game today when Jose Reyes hit a homerun on the first pitch of the inning. This is now my favorite thing.
This was awesome. Last year, the girl said she had a special David Wright home run call… and he homered so she got to do it. This year, the kid names Jose Reyes and Ike Davis as his favorite current players… and gets to call a Jose homer! Can’t watch this enough.
